This is our Essential towel bale, but we must confess something. We don't do cheap towels. We couldn't bring ourselves to sell those thin, flimsy ones that you find in discount stores. So here's our idea of Essential (with more than a touch of luxury) gorgeously thick and fluffy towels that outweigh most department stores' Egyptian Cotton versions. If you expect brilliance for your buck, you're in the right place!
HEAVYWEIGHT VALUE.
At 400gsm (grammes/square metre), these towels are heavier than a typical Egyptian Cotton towel (300gsm). They're substantial in your hands, not to mention wonderfully absorbent (ideal for rthe kids, the guests, and, heck, even the dog). Made from 100% cotton terry, they're great for filling your airing cupboard.
WHAT'S IN THE BALE?
You'll receive a bale of SIX TOWELS: 2 Face Cloths (30 x 30cm), 2 Hand Towels (50 x 100cm), and 2 Bath Towels (70 x 140cm). The bale is neatly wrapped with ribbon and bow, so it's a great gift for absolutely anyone. (Show us someone who doesn't need towels, and we'll show you someone who really needs a bath.)

The towels were described as good quality, not thin as you'd expect from 'budget' high street towels, I beg to differ, they were thin and I was very disappointed. I returned them on Friday, you should have reached you today. I look forward to a refund. I have a long list of bedding requirements, sheets and duvets in particular, and I am now unsure about ordering, if the goods don't live up to your description (as the towels did not) it's very expensive to return the items; shame as your prices and sales pitch are great.
No Hassle Returns
We hope you are delighted with your product from Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. Occasionally, we know you will want to return items.
For this we have a hassle-free returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to use provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.
For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
