Arrived all packed in lovely individual zipped bags. Material soft and silk like to the touch. Feathers sometimes come though the mattress topper, hope this will stop when settled. Hotel standard.

I have always had awful pillows and slept terribly. I decided to buy your pillows, but at the price I am not used to paying. I only hoped they would be good as everyone had said. WELL, they are absolutely fab. I am so comfortable and am having better sleeps. I dont feel sweaty as with man-made fibres. I also purchased the mattress topper which is a sheer delight. My hubby, who always finds something to pick at exclaimed after the first nights sleep that your products ticked all the boxes and couldn't fault the products. I had to wait along time for the pillow as the courier lost it for a week ! When it arrived I was looking forward to a great nights sleep, unfortunately I have found this to be a really uncomfortable pillow. The duck mattress topper is lovely though.

The feather mattress topper is fantastic, so warm and cosy. I have a great nights sleep without being too hot -just the lovely, pleasant temperature that makes you want to stay in bed. Brilliant.

A quality mattress topper at a very competetive price. Filling stays where it should; cambric cover doesn't let the feathers through and the packaging and delivery times were excellent.
