Lovely mattress topper of excellent quality. Customer service superb too.

Very pleased with my purchases

The pillows are really comfortable. Look and feel very luxurious. The mattress topper was an experiment to help my son sleep. (He finds getting to sleep difficult) I feel it has made a difference so far and we have had some better nights. Its lovely and comfortable and again feels nice.

I had already bought a mattress topper for one bed and was so pleased with it I decided to buy another for the guest bed. The topper adds extra comfort and warmth.

The product met my expectations, however the delivery period was longer than expected. Nearly cancelled the order.

My wool pillows i find very comfy and the matress topper i bought for my daughter she says is lush and makes her bed really comfy

Toppers and duvets for my grandaughters aged 9 and 10, who declare their beds much more comfortable. Have ordered before and delivery has been quick so the long wait for this one was disappointing but well worth it.

I have bought quite a range of items over time and am generally very pleased.Delivery is prompt except when stock reduces it to a trickle.I prefer the 600 thread to the rather heavy and stiff 1000

good product good price and prompt delivery

Products fantastic, DAPW very good service. Disappointed with City Link for delivery as they tried to deliver when I was at work, the options on the delivery card was accept delivery following day between 7.30 and 5 (not enough notice to arrange to be at home all those hours) or phone and receive an automated message about choosing another day, but there was only five days to choose and again between hours of 7.30 and 5. I could have been available on the Wednesday but options only went up to Tuesday and there was no option to speak to anyone but message said if an alternative day was not picked goods would be taken to depot and I would have to collect. Depot is in Leeming!

Mmmmmm. My microfibre mattress topper is almost as good as chocolate! Leaving my bed in the morning has suddenly become extremely difficult! I've had four major knee operations and I have a dodgy back. Comfort in bed was unknown - untill now. Fantastic!
