I have bought these products as gifts so they haven't actually been used yet but delivery and condition they are recieved in is great, I'm sure the duvet, pillows and mattress toppers should be the same.
Pillows are fluffy and offer good support, best pillows I have ever tried. Pillow cases and sheets are very good quality and soft, really worth the money, beats other websites.
only problem i had was with goods when delivered, i live in spain and ordered 4 down pillows which are really good, but box was damaged and storage bag on 1 pillow was torn to bits so pillow had a few marks on it ,i am using it but thought i would let you know, and trying to let spanish delivery know about it was hopeless,
The hungarian goose down duvet is superb! I am getting a far better nights sleep than with my tired, old duvet. Well worth the money.
Lovely quality pillows - reel a little 'overstuffed' initially but soon got used to them. Now only need one pillow instead of the usual two. The pillow protectors are really good quality and very padded. Will never buy cheaper alternatives again as they give the pillows an added luxury.

For this we have a hassle-free returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to use provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.
For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
