Quality and value for money of luxury microfibre pillows is fantastic. Cotton pillow protectors excellent value and quality too. 200TC bedding was amazing price in sale - cotton is good but quality overall of stitching etc is average. I was happy enough to keep it but wouldn't have bought it if I had seen it in advance. Mattress protetcor is excellent too. Delivery is excellent. Only downside is have complained a number of times about impossibility of logging in online and response is poor. There are a number of annoying website glitches that I keep encountering - DAPW should road test their website more often and make their email response from customer service better. Will be ordering again and have recommended to other people.

I really wanted to love these pillows...the outer and finish was great. The microfibre was gorgeous, now there's a big but...they didn't have enough loft! ileft them out of the packaging for 24hrs, gave them a really good plump and still my pillow flopped over either side of my arm. I was always told that the sign of a good pillow was if it remained plumped & level when balanced over your forearm. So overall very disappointed, but for the price I paid, I can't complain too much. I wouldn't recommend these pillows. The second item I purchased was a pair of waterproof pillow protectors. These were fantastic! Soft terry towelling outer and silent waterproof liner - hurrah! These will be invaluable as my husband sleeps on his front. These are 5* in my book & I will buy some more to replace all my pillow protectors,

I was pleasantly surprised at quality and cost of my items purchased, in years past I had bougt from Harrods or Alders as being the only supplier or department stores that provided sizes I needed,@ huge cost. Obviously as time went by more and more maunufacturers entertained sizing in large bedding, I have now bought from DAPW twice and delighted with goods each time.

The pillows are a bit softer than I had anticipated, perhaps as I am used to firmer pillows, although I am still very happy with the quality, and I am thoroughly pleased with the duvet. Having searched both the internet and the high street for similar products I also found your prices for the quality of product offered to compare very favourably.

The duvet is extremely comfortable, struggle to get out of bed in the morning, and the cats love it too!

We loved the goose down duvet. With the excellent duvet cover, even the 4.5 tog kept us warm all through the autumn and we didn't need to switch to the 9 tog until December.

THese pillows are super comfy - your head squishes down into them but they bounce back up again beautifully. might be too squishy for some but not for me! I bought 2 packs thinking I was buying 2 pillows, but actually 2 each is about right, so kept both packs. Not the cheapest pillows by any means but they are so nice and good quality I would highly recommend them.

I bought these as Christmas presents for the kids so they haven't been used yet but they feel gorgeous. I bought the same quality bedding from Dunelm but they were significantly more expensive! I will defintely use DAPW again.

The microfibre towels were fantastic, I have had micro before and been very dissapointed, but these are made of cotton so they're really are absorbant! really pleased. The memory foam pillow however smells quite a lot and I am waiting for the smell to air out - I hope it does.

Ordered goose down duvet and microfibre pillows. The duvet is the best - total goose down convert! and great quality. Love the duvet, dislike the pillows - they are just too soft (which is my fault I thought medium would be medium but its more than than anything else!) All the hastle and cost to get the pillows posted back to you though means I wont be sending them back for a refund. Waste of money really as they will now sit in the back of a cupboard. Thanks

We bought 4 pillows. They arrived when DAPW said they would. In one piece. They are washable and fit our existing pillowcases. They are comfortable to sleep on, if a little bulky. No doubt they will squash down a bit in time. In a world where this is getting rarer, they are VFM!

I am very impressed with the value for money on the products and the customer service received - one of the products received was incorrect but on phoning the helpline I have the correct product on the way. Excellent quality - we will definitely be buying again

Anticipated delivery a bit longer than expected and unsure as to effective warmth of the 4.5tog Hungarian Goose Down when I unpacked it because of its apparent thinness. However after sleeping under it for a couple of weeks it is brilliant (more than happy to endorse it). We use a 4.5 summer and winter. We should have had faith, it is lighter and very cosy completely ticks all the boxes. Also the Luxury Microfibre pillows are very supportive in the right places, soft, plump and good value

Very happy with the duvets they arrived quickly and are nice and warm. The pillows took a long time to arrive and only came after I had to write an email to chase up this part of the delivery. It would have been good if you could have let me know where the order was up to on a regular basis because it felt like you had forgotten the second part of my order until I prompted you to send the pillows. But overall I am very happy with the products I have received.

i ordered feather pillows as traditionally that was the preferred option, however after ordering the luxury microfibre pillow for my husband i am a convert. the microfibre pillow is so comfortable it is unbelievable. the feather pillow gets chucked off the bed each night

While my daughter likes your products she has changed the 5yr old's duvet from hollowfibre to a feather and down one because she said the little girl sweated so much and maybe this would allow it to 'breathe' better. I too have the same filling and had also noticed that I had sweated a lot too although I hadn't blamed the duvet filling. For me I'm using the summer weight with an extra wool cellular blanket on very cold nights which seems balanced and OK.

the quality of both the duvet and the pillows was lovely, it felt far superior to any I have previously had. There was a button missing where you join the 2 seasons duvets together but once it arrived I didn't want to give it back so I attached one of my own buttons. very happy thanks.

very warm duvet and quick delivery despite the snow

duvet is gorgeous. the only problem was that it was delivered to Penrith fire station instead of here. the fire station called me to tell me fortunately and I had to collect it myself.

Ordered these pillows to replace my existing, Silentnight pillows which flopped in a very short space of time.. I ordered more microfibre pillows as they were really good value and excellent quality. I also ordered 2 microfibre toppers which has given our bed and our daughter's a new lease of life. The bed's are now extremely comfortable so much so that my husband has difficulty getting out of bed in the morning!!
