In our standard size Ultimate Hungarian Down pillow we've introduced a slightly firmer pillow (Medium-Firm option) by changing the construction. The two chamber pillow has a central chamber packed with feathers for the firmness. But we surround this core with a layer of down, giving the pillow a soft feel whilst providing great support.

we ordered two siberian down pillows and found them rather firm, so we exchanged them for two ultimate hungarian pillows and they were 'a dream'. So nice,that we ordered another ultimate hungarian for our daughter. Each time delivery was really quick and we had no problem with the exchange.

No Hassle Returns

For this we have a hassle-free returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to use provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.
For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
