Lovely to get such great customer service. A rare thing these days. Our order was delivered exactly when we were informed it would be, and we were able to track it online every step of the way. Both duvets were of excellent quality. Intend to order more bedding from DAPW. Highly recommend this company for quality of goods and service.

Got the 13.5tog duvet on sale which makes it a great value duvet. Super warm and cosy - went from using two duvets to just replacing with this one. love it!

Pillows are vry nice but a little too soft even though brough th medium firmness. Goose feather and down duvet is perfect, looks fantastic and is so soft and snug!

Brilliant duvet, keeps you warm when you are cold and manages to keep you cool on warmer nights, looked small when i took it out the packaging but after a few hours it had doubled in size, it is the best duvet i've ever bought, best quality and price that i could find on the net, looking forward to buying one for the spare room. brilliant product and so pleased.
