Feel and appearance of products look very good indeed, so very happy with everything

Lovely bedding - the luxury microfibre has the "just-like-down" feeling I was looking for (my other half doesn't like the small of feather duvets!) and overall it feels very well made with the beading around the edges. The pillows were nice and puffy/squishy too(i.e. look good on the bed) without being so big that they are uncomfortable to sleep on. Excellent service - arrived promptly. Will definitely order again!

This duvet is great. My partner and I had been struggling with just a double duvet and a superking duvet is definitely the way to go! It came at a great price and in some really useful bags with handles.

I am delighted with the quality of the products. I have not used them yet as my B and B will not be open for a couple of months. My only disappointment is that I ordered a product to see the quality and when I went to re-order a couple of weeks later, they had been dis-continued (Bath robe), I obviously won't make that mistake again ! Otherwise very satisified.

Prompt delivery - good value and we love the duvet it is very comfortable after our old one. Lovely and warm but does not make you sweat!

Although this isn't a top of the range duvet ( being microfibre), for the money it is incredibly good value. I particularly liked the finishing on the edges and the buttons ( I bought an All Seasons Superking size)and the GREAT quality of the cover. Very, very pleased with this purchase !! Also completely snuggly and warm without being heavy, love it, thank you. Great company to do business with, simple ordering process, good communication, quick delivery.

a slight problem with delivery requirement, oversight on dapw part but they did apologize for their mistake and kept me informed...overall very happy with product and quality and would definitely recommend and use again

Same very high quality as found in big department stores, but much, much cheaper.

Delivery took a few days longer than promised, but worth the wait. We've had a superking bed for years, but just a cheap kingsize duvet. The decision to invest in better quality full-size bedding was a big one, but we are thrilled! Never knew you could get extra wide pillows for superking beds either, and the pillows are amazingly comfortable. I had the best night's sleep in years! Do you do mattresses?

the quality of both the duvet and the pillows was lovely, it felt far superior to any I have previously had. There was a button missing where you join the 2 seasons duvets together but once it arrived I didn't want to give it back so I attached one of my own buttons. very happy thanks.

Tim Wearing. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever witnesses with regards to online shopping. I sent an email asking for an update of my order, nothing recieved. I looked at your web site as to the status of my order which stated (awaiting dispatch) I then cancelled the order and it then arrived, in the meantime I bought elsewhere.
