The jury is still out on the tog rating of these - the 13.5 tog is specifically for my daughter who is cold under her 10 tog - the 13.5 is a lot thinner and lighter than the 10 tog, so I hope it really is 13.5 tog and keeps her warmer when she visits, otherwise I have wasted a lot of money. The 4 tog also looks very thin - so I hope this summer weight one will be enough as well. Otherwise quality looks excellent

I have been really happy with your service. The site was easy to use and communication excellent. You were a bit let down by parcelforce who loaded the duvet onto their van on 31st January at 04.50, but didn't get it delivered that day. Because of the bank holiday weekend it didn't therefore arrive until yesterday. Not your fault, but I got very excited when I saw it was on the van, loaded for delivery and waiting all day for it to arrive! I would definitely use your company again.

The topper and duvet are very good. I was worried by the packaging on delivery - the box was almost torn in half. However, the plastic carry bags the products were in meant the bedding was ok.

My Hungarian goose down duvet is plump, lovely and warm. The 600TC duvert cover and pillowcase feel like silk. There was a little hiccup with the despatch of my order as I had requested the premium postage service to get it the following day. Unfortunately, it arrived a day late. However, when I raised the issue with you, you refunded me the difference between the premium postage price and standard price so all is well that ends well! Thanks again for dealing with the postage issue and for the quality of your goods.

The King topper , ( daughter not received double yet!), was amazing and so lusciously deep. Like a cloud soft and sooo cozy.Can only be described as fantasic and benefits your nights sleep. I ordered 1 duvet and 2 pillows on Saturday night, and they are delivered to my door on Tuesday morning, very impressed with the efficient way you process this order. the duvet is great with goose down and made to the high standard I expect. pillows are actually 85% down which is slight different as described in the web site (90%), but still a good quality product. definitely want to shop with you again in the future, and recommended to friends.

fantastic quilt - light warm and comfortable - would recommend

The quilt initially seemed a bit thin but, after a few days, had "lofted" to a good thickness. It is warm, lightweight and the cassette construction stops all the filling ending up at one end. I can thoroughly recommend this quilt.

The duvet arrived in about three days. It is the middle of the 2010 cold spell so a good time to test a 13.5 tog duvet. It is so light that we worried it might not be warm enough compared to our old goosedown duvet. But it's lovely - and it's warmer.
