i have been delighted with every product i,ve ever received from you since i first found out about your company a couple of years ago. when i used a couple of pillows of the type i always buy and they started leaking feathers i decided to bin them and order some more. as an aftertought i rang to mention it to ask your advice as to changing to a different filling. i was so delighted when the girl said she would replace them free of charge. my next big decision is whether to invest in the silk so your customer feed back will be essential to me making such an expensive out lay. all in all very well done

firstly i bought a duvet in te latter end of last year for my king size bed and couldnt believe the quality of the duvet for the price so i purchased the very sane one for my daughters bed and she loves it too and shes only 5 so all in all couldnt be happier and would and have recommeneded your products to everyone.

We find the down & feather duvets very warm and comfortable without causing us to sweat as our previous hollow fibre duvets did.

Again I must write to praise your excellent service and super products. The goose feather and down duvet arrived yesterday and was "tested" last night. It is delightfully puffy and warm, and already the cat thinks it's hers! Maybe you could make pet bedding!
