Good value for money.
Although I'm happy with the products, I'm not happy with the whole order process. I paid for delivery on a specific Saturday. I noted that date in my order as a specific requirement, yet you were unable to deliver my mattress on a Saturday... Not happy! I would've ordered elsewhere if I'd known this up front. I wouldn't recommend your company for mattress purchases on this basis as I then had to take an extra day off work (incurring cost) and then sleep on the floor for a few nights.

No Hassle Returns
We hope you are delighted with your product from Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. Occasionally, we know you will want to return items.
For this we have a hassle-free returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to use provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.
For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
