I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the duvet cover. I ordered the most economical bedding, and wasn't expecting much- but the quality was fantastic- head and shoulders above the quality of similar priced bedding I have bought in the past. I have been a regular customer of D&PW for several years and heve never been disappointed by the quality and competetive pricing of its products. One small criticism; on occasion delivery can take a rather long time while waiting for stock to be acquired.
No Hassle Returns
We hope you are delighted with your product from Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. Occasionally, we know you will want to return items.
For this we have a hassle-free returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to use provided it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.
On satisfactory return of the goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.
For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.
