Glossy advertising, expensive photo shoots and fancy bags are great but mean that you end up paying for it in higher prices. Also did you know that on the high street there are lots of added costs which customers ends up paying for like, shiny shops with their expensive rents, wholesalers margins, you get the idea.
Best quality bed & bath
We thought it would make common sense to create an easy way of still getting the best quality bed and bath products but without all the silly overheads. After all you spend about one third of your time in your bed, not the bag it comes in.

We visit factories and craftsmen around the world until we find ones that can create the ultimate products to our exacting specification. Seriously, we lie awake at night worrying about this stuff. Well actually up to 70% off typical high street prices! We wonder why companies say their products are great but offer a 30 return policy. On all our products you get a 365 day return policy. Yes that's 1 year. If you happen to buy on 29 Feb in a leap year you get 4 whole years.

We will repeat that, free standard shipping on everything when you spend over £30. No special rules, no fine print just free standard shipping on UK mainland orders.

Ugly instead of shiny
Many of our products arrive in boxes at our warehouse from the factories and craftsmen who make them. These boxes used to simply get thrown away as products were put into new boxes to send to you. We thought this was wasteful so we are experimenting recycling these old boxes.
Recyled eco-boxes
So if you are lucky enough to get one of our lovely recycled boxes, it may look like an ugly duckling, but we think it just makes sense.
Viral YouTube videos
We tried making a viral video, in fact we had so much fun we made 2. Some glitzy marketing folks said just make a really funny video put it on YouTube, millions of people will watch it and you will all be famous.
A lesson learnt
We embraced the experiment, had lots of fun making the videos but hardly anyone watched them. We learnt a lesson! Now we just think of the videos as a team building exercise and of course insist that all new employees watch them! Check them out here and here.
Office chairs no more
Did you know that scientists calculate that limiting the time we spend sitting to just three hours a day could add an extra two years to your life. So some people in the office have now thrown away their chairs, raised their desks and spend the day standing up.
