Meet the Duvet Spotters

We keep a watchful eye on the duvet world. Who's making new types, what they're filling them with, where the fakes appear. We don't actually record numbers from duvet labels (yet), but we are sort of obsessed with duvets and pillows. (After 20 years working with bedding, you have to be either obsessed or insane.) It took us years to learn what we want from a duvet and more importantly, what you want from a duvet. We took this knowledge forward, and Duvet and Pillow Warehouse was born.

How we made the Ultimate Duvet

Companies selling duvets don't usually produce their own. We broke the mould for our own range, we visited factories around the world, until finally we found one that would produce duvets and pillows to our exacting specification. Because we keep our overheads low, we can maintain the low prices, passing on the savings.

Important Duvet Information

What does make a perfect duvet We're so glad you asked. (Try not to doze off here.) Firstly, there are dozens of different types of duvet filling. Research has shown that Hungarian White Goose down produces the finest duvets followed by New White Goose down, and Goose feather. (Duck and fake Siberian fillings never even made the shortlist.)

Secondly, we know from experience that duvets which clump and shuffle in the night are no use to anyone (so why are they still made). We factored in a box-style construction, which means duvets are stitched in squares to stop the filling from moving around. Finally, we know we're all different. Some of us get chilly feet at night and some of us hate to be constricted. We expanded our range to include something for everyone.
