No Hassle Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with any product purchased from Duvet & Pillow Warehouse. Occasionally though we know you will want to return items. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us, providing it is returned unused, in the original wrapping/packaging, and in a re-saleable condition within 7 days of the date you received the item.

Upon satisfactory return of the goods we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding any postage or packaging charges.

For all returns we recommend you use registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us where unrecorded delivery methods have been used. Please retain proof of postage.

Returns & Cancellations

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. In the unlikely event we have sent you the incorrect items and you wish to return them, please follow the instructions for Incorrect Products Delivered, which is given below.

Regarding Cancellations, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent out to you. If you wish to return your order once you have received it please refer to our returns information. For orders that have not been sent out from our warehouse please email us at info@duvetandpillowwarehouse.co.uk and we will take care of your requirement'

How to Return or Exchange

1. There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.

2. Fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order, noting whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

3. Please send the parcel to Duvet & Pillow Warehouse, Conniston House, Sherwood Park, Annesley, Nottinghamshire NG15 0DJ, United Kingdom

4. Send the parcel to us which we suggest is done by recorded delivery. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Duvet & Pillow Warehouse at your own expense.

5. When we receive the return we will send you an email confirming receipt. If the goods pass our quality assurance check, you will receive your refund credit or replacement soon thereafter.

6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the payer knowing.

Incorrect Products Delivered

If the products you receive do not match your order, we sincerely apologise. It does not happen that often and we'll rectify the situation very quickly. Just send an email to info@duvetandpillowwarehouse.co.uk with your order number and the problem and we'll be in contact.

Legal Statements on Returns

Returning any item within 7 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, Duvet and Pillow Warehouse will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Duvet and Pillow Warehouse on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
