Searching for your perfect pillow can be difficult - especially as you never get the chance to test-drive them. But, if you know vaguely what you'd like, we're here to make it easy for you to select the correct size, type and firmness. When choosing a new pillow, you'll have four decisions to make.

Pillow Size

Ease yourself in with the simplest decision. Do you want a Standard sized pillow (oblong, two to a double size bed), a Superking (oblong, two to a king bed), or a Square (typically used to dress the bed)?

If you're shopping for a specialist memory foam pillow, you can also choose Neck or Contour pillows - shaped to provide support that's perfect for you.

Pillow Fill

Just like duvets, our pillows come with a range of filling options. There are natural fillings (silk, goose down and duck down) and man-made fillings (microfibre and memory foam). Once you've decided whether you prefer a natural or man-made filling, it's simple to select your pillow by checking our firmness chart below.

Pillow Firmness

This decision is a personal one. You may like a fluffy pillow that surrounds your head and neck, or a firm pillow that supports your spine ergonomically. To check the firmness on any DAPW pillow, click the 'Specification' tab when you look at the product details.

Goose Down is widely agreed to be the world's finest duvet and pillow filling. And Hungarian Goose Down, if you can get it, is known to be the best of all. In this category we've created several options to suit your pillow preferences (and your budget).

The Ultimate Hungarian pillows (100% Hungarian Goose Down), Luxury Hungarian pillows (90% Hungarian goose down, 10% Hungarian goose feather), and Siberian pillows (90% white goose down, 10% white goose feather) offer a sublimely soft sleeping surface.

If you want a firmer pillow, look for one that has more feather inside. Feather is firmer and denser than down, adding heft and support to your pillow. Take a look at New White Goose Down (80% white goose down, 20% white goose feather).
