Britney Spears and Rihanna are no strangers to media outbursts and saucy headlines so the latest news is nothing of a surprise.
The duo caused a flurry of feathers at the Billboard Music Awards as they danced and sung in matching bondage-style bodices, fish-nets and handcuffs to their joint hit “S&M”; before ending it with a pillow fight.
The singers sent temperatures soaring as they entertained the crowd with sexy masks, kicky chains and topless dancers whilst provocatively pole dancing. But the grand finale was a pillow fight and a smooch on stage!
The heat-racing performance sent feathers flying through the air and let audiences reminisce back to 2007 when Miss Spears kissed Madonna live on stage too.
The 2011 Billboard Music Awards were held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and Britney surprised the crowd to perform her verse from their remix version of the song after RiRi, 23, took the platform.
Spears, 29, later rocked the show performing her hit song “Till the World Ends” alongside her Femme Fatale tour partner Nicki Minaj.
We feel sorry for the poor guy or gal who had to clean up the mess up after these sexy stars…

A study has revealed that teenagers who play video games are likely to sleep less than those who do not.
Researchers found teens that play computer games sleep less than the recommended eight to nine hours a night for that age group.
The analysis, which involved 16,000 adolescences, also discovered that youths who reported sleeping less than seven hours a night did not exercise.
Caris Fitzgerald, a psychiatry resident at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences who led the study, said not enough exercise or sleep impacts health and is detrimental to all, particularly on teens.
A poor night sleep affects energy levels, concentration and moodiness; but yet only 10% of American teens get the recommended number of hours of slumber according to the findings.
Sufficient sleep is even more important for youngsters researchers argue because they have “accelerated demands for growth and memory retention, very vital things with regard to the teen in their overall success.”
Reasons behind minors not hitting the pillow earlier include texting in the middle of the night and expectations from parents and peers. Watching television did not affect sleep time.
The survey was unable to conclude there was a cause-effect relationship between sleep and online gaming or sport but evidence showed that “reducing media exposure and increasing physical activity could increase the amounts teens sleep.”

They say that with many criminals it is hard to catch them because they make a quick and speedy getaway but a latest burglar seems to have defied the odds.
The clumsy intruder was caught by police during a raid after falling asleep under a duvet.
The dozy burglar, called Robert Erdei of Camden, North London, has now been jailed for four years, after deciding to take a nap during his break-in.
The idiotic robber, aged 36, was sniffed out catching some zzzs under the bedding by a police dog called Led Zeppelin, after neighbours heard him breaking in and making a racket of noise.
The Mirror reported that he had got in to bed to “warm up” at the broken into house in Barnet, North London.
Wood Green Crown Court heard that the criminal also had a crowbar and gloves.
A police spokesman said of the incident: “A duvet is no match for Led Zeppelin. The man was caught red-handed.”
Talk about a “Dazed and Confused” situation for the burglar…
Celebrities are often very vocal about who their friends (and enemies) are via social networking sites.
And country singer Taylor Swift is the latest celeb to showcase her fondness for her best friend Selena Gomez.
The teen stars displayed to all their thousands of fans across the world just how pally they are by uploading a BFF pillow picture on their Twitter profiles.
The ‘friends are the best presents’ pillow picture has been posted on the information network to show off the close friendship between the “Love Story” songstress and the Disney actress.
The pair is said to have become good mates over the past year, despite Gomez’s relationship with boyfriend and teen pop star Justin Bieber.
Although the celebs aren’t smiling, the cute image indicates just how happy the friends are with the touching caption “The day @selenagomex and I learned a valuable lesson from a pillow.”
And it isn’t just on Twitter that the duo has been displaying how friendly they are. They have also been spotted hanging out together in public places and often ‘tweeting’ each other messages of affection.
Taylor has over six million fans following her on Twitter compared to Selena’s mere five million. Perhaps they can share their love for one another with Duvet and Pillow Warehouse’s quality Pillows!
