All little girls love fairytale stories and love to pretend they are princesses sitting in their castle with their talking furry animal friends waiting for their prince charming to arrive on his horse.
Over the summer holidays little girls can spend endless amounts of time playing princesses and fairy games. With the duvets and bedding pillows taken from all over the house and revamped into a castle, she sits in there with her furry animal friends (teddy bears and often her younger brother) waiting for her prince charmining (John the next door neighbour) to save them from the evil witch (mother) on his big white horse (Sam the dog) for their happy fairytale ending.
Now why this dream never becomes a reality to them, parents try to make it as real as possible for them while they are young and we have found some of the best fairy bedrooms for little girls to enjoy!

Can someone tell where I can find the cinderella carrage?
I absolutely love the castle and the enchanted forest wall print and Cinderella’s Carriage. Where can I get them? Do you have the contact information for the companies that offer these items? If so, please share this information. Thank you.
I was just wondering about the pricing of the princess room?
Where can I get the Cinderella furniture, and how much? My little princess would LOVE it! Please get back to me, really interested in buying it!!! X
I love these rooms so much… for myself. I’m twenty. I laugh in the face of too old to sleep with a teddy-bear.
Also, I love fairytales myself, but the fierce gender bias implicit in this makes me want to claw at whoever wrote it.
For one, I know I sure as hell didn’t want to sit waiting for my prince when I was little. Where’s the fun in mooching around just so some lousy guy with a fancy title can eventually turn up, when there’s all those trees to climb, puddles to explore, and huts to build? Bah.
I hope that if I ever have a daughter, she won’t have the slightest interest in playing princesses and waiting for a prince until she’s old enough to realise what it is that teaches little girls to think. And that if I ever have a son, he won’t fall for all that ‘girls do this and boys do that’ nonsense, and he’ll be just as happy to have a pink room and dream of finding his princess as anything else.
