Another good way to beat those allergies would be to invest in hollow fibre pillows and bedding. Polyester –filled, there are no mites in hollow fibre pillows and it is health risk free making it perfect for people who suffer with allergies.
Hollow fibre pillows may be dressed in bed linen only, which protects it from the dirt. The pillow may also be washed in temperatures of up to 60°C.
